Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Our policy to process any return/refund is valid within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Items to be exchanged or refunded must be presented with their complete box “as new” with inside packing (i.e. in re-sellable condition) unless damaged
  • Free cancellation of the order is applicable if the order is NOT packed

Return and/or Exchange applicable if:

  • Product is damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect order received
  • Lost in deliveries
  • The product is expired
  • Change of mind, delivery charges may apply
  • Incorrect item ordered by fault, delivery charges may apply
  • Unable to procure items ordered or run out of stock. The team will contact you as soon as possible to process your order cancellation.
  • Exchange can be made at the same value of the purchase. If less, the deficit amount to be credited in Zucraz Wallet. If more, the customer will pay the excess on Delivery
     

Returns are NOT accepted if:

  • The item is used
  • Out of the original packing (product packing)
  • The return is requested after 7 days from the date of delivery  
  • Zucraz does not approve due to a valid reason
     

REFUND POLICY

  • Any request received after 7 days from the delivery date is null and void
  • Refund will be processed outright if the product ordered is out of stock at Zucraz
  • Refund is allowed only once duly approved by Zucraz in written
  • The product will be refunded at the same price as it was sold to you
  • The amount refundable is either credited to the Zucraz Wallet or to the same Debit/Credit Card used for the purchase
  • Bank refund takes around 7-14 working days from the date of receiving refund approval
  • Refund to Zucraz Wallet can be made in 1-2 working days
  • In case of Cash on Delivery, Refund will be made ONLY by personal collection at Zucraz Office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Identity verification may be required (i.e. Emirates ID)
